By becoming a member of the HR Executive Network of Greater St. Louis (HREN), you will have the opportunity to engage with other senior Human Resources leaders. Our speakers share their knowledge in the areas of leadership development, business partnering, change management, innovation, talent acquisition/management, and other important topics for HR executives and professionals. Each time we meet, you have the opportunity to network and connect with others facing the similar growth and change in their organizations. Each member has an opportunity to contribute to meaningful discussions and share their experience and expertise in our round-table events.

Who belongs to the HR Executive Network of Greater St. Louis?
HREN members are senior HR leaders with a presence in greater St. Louis, MO. Our members lead strategic human resources directives and initiatives in conjunction with other executives and/or the President/CEO in the particular company or unit. Members are committed to the engagement and development of the strategic HR practice.
HREN welcomes new members who presently meet the requirements in the following categories:
A formal leader within an organization with responsibility for the strategic HR function. This generally includes experience as a CHRO; the functional head of organization development, learning or talent management, etc.; or a divisional or regional vice president of HR or an HR-related discipline.

A senior-level academic (instructor/professor) recognized within the profession as contributing strategic thinking and practice.
Potential members will also have at least 10 years of progressive HR and/or leadership experience or possess an advanced degree in the field or in business/management, and are currently serving as a senior or executive-level practitioner of human resources.
The Board of HREN reviews all applications for membership. You will be contacted soon after your application to confirm your membership.
The annual membership fee of $295 provides entry into the HR Executive Network of Greater St. Louis. Membership runs one calendar year and is renewed annually.
